It's just a new version of Blogger—some new features (notice the difference in the archive display...also instant publishing, drag and drop layout instead of doing everything through html, private posting, I don't have to do a CAPTCHA word verification to post on my own blog, yada yada yada) and I use my google login instead of a separate one for Blogger, which is actually nice b/c before I had to log out of my gmail account before I could post comments on other people's Blogger blogs, and now I'm automatically logged into my blog when I'm logged into gmail.
